Payment Policies: One third (1/3) of total due 10 days after reservation is made, 1/3 due 60 days before arrival and 1/3 30 days before arrival, time permitting.


Cancellations: If cancellations are made 90 days before arrival, rental deposit minus $150.00 will be returned. Cancellations made within 90 days before arrival are subject to our rerenting unit.


Arrival/Departure: Check in is 4:00 PM, check out is 10:00 AM. Check with office to see if it is possible to check in earlier or out later.


Tax: 10% of rent
