General information. Beautifully and very tastefully furnished to a very high standard, our Villa will exceed the expectations of even the most discerning guests. Formal Living Room.
A spacious room that is luxuriously furnished. Comprising a 3 seat settee, love seat with scatter cushions,1 end table with lamps and coffee table. Satellite TV, DVD/ VCR player. Sliding glass doors lead to the lanai and the pool area. Dining Room Table which is excellent to entertain or relax.
Kitchen.
The kitchen is open plan so the cooks can still be part of the party with guests in the dining room and lounge. The kitchen is fully-equipped with cutlery and crockery, plenty of various size and shaped glasses. It comprises a ceramic fast heat cooker with fan oven, built-in microwave, extractor fan and large dishwasher, American refrigerator/freezer with filtered chilled water and quick icemaker with either crushed ice or ice cubes dispensed from the door.
Bedroooms.
All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets and plenty of storage space. Master bedroom has king size bed ensuite bathroom and large walk-in shower. Walk-in closet, phone, satellite TV and sliding glass doors leading to the pool & lanai area. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and large walk-in closet closet. Third bedroom has 2 single beds,large walk-in closet and sliding glass doors leading to pool and lanai area. All bed linen is provided.
Bathroom(s).
Fully tiled bathroom, with bath, shower and toilet. Newly decorated with floor tiles to make this room bright and airy. Our bathroom is the ideal location to unwind after a hard day walking on the beach and seeing the local attractions. Towels provided.

Bush Gardens.
Busch Gardens in Tampa has a heavy Africa theme with its Serengeti Plain wildlife area, where elephants, rhinos, zebras and antelope roam over 29 acres. (It's also the largest zoo in Florida, with over 2,700 animals.) Vistors can zoom around the Serengeti on the Serengeti Express Railway or head to Rhino Rally, where you can go off-roading in an open-air Land Rover and see you know what. Busch Gardens also has several roller coasters, including the Gwazi, which is a wooden, double twist coaster whose trains whiz past each other at 100 mph.
A one-day pass at Busch Gardens Tampa is $49.95 for adults and $40.95 for children ages 3 to 6, but the best option is to combine it with a pass for Sea World or Adventure Island
