The living space of about 2,000 square feet devided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a joint living room and kitchen is suitable for up to 6 persons. Unsere neue, voll klimatisierte Villa ist komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sicheren Wohngegend Cape Corals, nahe Fort Myers. Der private, vollständig gescreente und solarbeheizte Pool liegt in westlicher Ausrichtung. Die ca. 200m² Wohnfläche teilen sich in drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und einen großen, offenen Wohnbereich, den eine Frühstückstheke in Wohnzimmer und Küche trennt. Das Haus ist ideal für bis zu sechs Personen geeignet. Die große Fensterfront des Wohnzimmers zum Pool hin taucht den Wohnbereich allabendlich in das Rot der untergehenden Floridasonne. |
