Location: It is located in a safe, secluded gated island which is full of beautifully landscaped homes. Suntan and swim on Miami Beach which is about a 10 minute walk away. This is a perfect peaceful location which offers easy access to Surfside, world class shopping in Bal Harbor and Aventura and exciting South Beach. Boating fans can step outside and have immediate access to their boat. The backyard canal leads to the intercoastal and ocean access is a short distance away via Haulover. Dock allows up to 20 foot boats, fixed bridges limits boat height.
