Payment Information
Deposits: $200 per week; $800 for one to three months.

Payment Policies: Payment due on arrival in U.S. dollars by cash, traveler's check or personal check with proper identification. No credit cards accepted.


Cancellations: Due 30 days in advance on reservations of one week or less. Due 90 days in advance on reservations of one or more months. A $20 administrative fee is due on all cancellations. Deposit forfeited on cancellations not meeting above guidelines.


Arrival/Departure: Check-in between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. Check-out by or before 10:00 a.m.


Tax: 9% on rental & cleaning fee (state & county).
