Information |
Deposits: Short time $ 250, Long time $ 500.--
Payment Policies: - Security Deposit $ 300.-- for short time rental, $ 500.-- for monthly rental along with the signed copy of this agreement is required to hold your rental property.
Cancellations: Cancellations need to be made in writing. Half of this security deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival date. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Arrival/Departure: Check in time is 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Go directly to your rental property, there is a keybox at the entrance door you will get the Code for the keybox with the confirmation .
On the day of departure the Guest will vacate the property no later than 10.00 a.m. Please call the Property manager for the check out.
Tax: 6 % Sales and 3 % Tourist Tax
