Information |
Deposits: $500 refundable security deposit
Payment Policies: $500 security deposit will hold your reservation. Rental payment due within 30 days of your arrival. Security deposit refunded within 15 days of check-out. Money orders, cashiers checks, or credit card through PayPal within 15 days of check-in. Cleaning fee of $100 non-refundable.
Cancellations: Rental agreements canceled within thirty days of arrival date will cause lessee to forfeit their rental fees in total. In the event of a cancellation all efforts will be made to re-schedule rental dates to any future date available to accommodate the lessee. If so desired the lessee can use the forfeited funds to pay the rental fee for an alternative rental date. If all parties cannot agree an alternative date the lessor will refund the security deposit only. Acts of god, weather and mother- nature will be taken into consideration when canceling. It is the sole and final judgment of the lessor to determine if weather and acts of god are justifiable reasons for cancellation
