Payment Policies: Alamo Vacation Homes requires a $300 deposit to guarantee your reservation within seven days of confirmation. Please refer to the reservation number when making your deposit or payment. The full balance is required 3 weeks before your arrival date during the high season and only 2 weeks before your arrival date during the low season.
The pays can be made: US dollar check, traveler check, cash, creditcard, or a bank deposit
Cancellations: Your reservation will have a night penalty if it is canceled within seven days during the low season, and a two night penalty if it is canceled within fourteen days of your arrival date during high season. No shows will be charged for the full length of the stay
Arrival/Departure: Check in and Check out: Check in 4:00 p.m and check out 10:00 am, if it's a different hour, it will be notified.
Guest record and Security Deposit: US $300, in cash, traveler check, or credit card, this deposit is for security in case of damages, lost of something, etc, in the properties. Alamo Vacation Homes will do this if there is a proof of damages or additional charges, you will receive the information and details of damages 5 days after you left the property.
Kids and teenagers: The kids 3 and 9 years old, the teenagers 10 and 17 years old. Reservations in homes and condos are valid only if the kids and teenagers have the company of an adult in the same property.
Cleaning of the houses and condos: The guest will found the houses and condos completely clean and ready to be used. If you requires extra cleaning, we can offer you service for $45.00 2 HAB/ $50.00 3 HAB/ $55.00 4 y 5 HAB. If the guest asks for partial cleaning, includes: cleaning of beds, bathroom, kitchen, and etc.This service has a cost of $25.00 in condos or townhome and $35.00 in the houses (plus tax) every time you ask for the service.
Phone: All the houses/condos have a phone and local calls are free.
Reparations: If the air conditioned, instruments, etc don't work it can be repair the same day. If the call for reparation of damages is receive after 4:00p.m.the reparation will be next day. In case of problems with the house/condo and the guest can't be in the unit .Alamo Vacation Homes will give them accommodation in a similar unit.
Lost of keys or if you stay outside the house: The lost of keys should be reported to the office in Orlando. It will be a charge of $50.00 for the new key. And if you forgot your key inside the house and you need help to get in, the charge is $15.00.
Comments: The difference detected by our clients about the service that was offer can be immediately reported and talks with the authorized employees or you have 30 natural days to do the reclaim. If it's made after these days is not valid.
Responsibilities: Alamo Vacation Homes - Orlando and its offices give accommodation service to our clients in houses, town homes and condos ,their agents don't accept responsibility for damage, loses, die ,accidents, etc , if is caused by staff members ,restaurants, drivers or everyone includes in a tour or a vacations package that clients enjoy.
