22' Sailboat & Cottage U Get Both 4 $130 per Night -
Each cottage includes it's own 22' sailboat for the entire duration of the stay at no extra cost.+ A shared Rowing Dory, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Floaters, Snorkel/Fishing gear, as well as awesome sunsets and frequent manatee visits. We have 7 sailboats right now – two 22' O' Days, four 22' Catalina and 1 westerly 22' for bare boat charters. Fill in a few days before, after or during your stay To accommodate your vacation dates and our availability.
Each of our places is so unique. We hope you will return and to try all of our cottages, as many of our sailing friends do. Remember to book as early as you can to secure your preferred dates. |

| Amenities: FREE use of the Sailboats, Rowing Dory, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, and Floaters, Snorkel/Fishing gear, as well as awesome sunsets and frequent manatee visits are always free with cottage rental. We have 6 sailboats right now – two 22' O' Days and four 22' Catalina. You can swim and snorkel right off the property. Plus there are plenty of great sailing adventures to be had like our mangrove jungle cruise (A key lime exclusive not on any published maps), snorkel sunken boats, or find a deserted island beach (charts included) and many other interesting and exciting destinations to explore. |
