Payment Policies: Final rental payments are due in full, one month prior to occupancy. In the event of cancellation, the entire rental amount owed will be charged to your credit card. Refunds must be obtained from CSA Travel Insurance Plan and are subject to their policies and conditions. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
We cannot disperse unit keys until all rental payments are made in full.
There is a $500.00 Performance/Damage deposit on weekly rentals. Monthly rentals require a 25% Performance / Damage deposit. This initial payment serves as your deposit and is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is payable by either Visa or MasterCard. The amount of deposit will be deducted from the final payment, however the card number will still be held to compensate the landlord for any excessive cleaning charges or damages. Some units do require a higher performance/damage deposit. Forfeited deposits will not exceed the total cost of rental. No refunds will be made due to inclement weather, no-shows or early departure.
Credit cards are accepted for deposits ONLY; we do not accept credit cards for rent.
Cancellations: PERFORMANCE/DAMAGE DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION
Arrival/Departure: KEYS: If you arrive after normal business hours, please pick up your rental keys in the "Welcome" basket by the front door of our office. Keys will be in an envelope with your name on it.

Please call the office if you feel you cannot comply with our prescheduled check in and check out times. While we will do our utmost to accommodate early arrivals and late check outs, we do have time constraints due to the necessity of cleaning the rental properties between tenants.
