Payment Policies: Security deposit is required upon making reservations. First month rent and tax is required three weeks in advance of rental. Certified check or money order.


Cancellations: No later than one week prior to rental; otherwise security deposit is retained.


Arrival/Departure: Arrival is after 2:00PM on the first day of rental and departure is before 12:00 Noon the last day of rental.
