Sugar Beach Resort in Maui, Hawaii is aptly named as it enjoys a prime location on a beach of fine, light sand; sugar-like in it's texture.Actually, the name is related growing of sugar cane on Maui. Just the same, Sugar BEach happens to have miles of some of the best sand on the Valley Isle and you may want to get out on the beach for some long walks during your stay. Early morning sunrises and early evening sunsets will provide spectacular backdrops. You may also enjoy swimming, wind surfing and whale whatching (in season). After you have been out in the sun and surf, you will appreciate the resort's central air conditioning. It is one of the few beachfront properties with this amenity. The oceanfront swimming pool is a great place to relax. There is also a wading pool, Jacuzzi. tennis courts, putting green and barbecues. You will find a restaurant, shops and activities center on the property. The resort has elevators and private parking.
The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, telephone, washer/dryer and private ocean view or beach front lanais. Your Sugar Beach Resort condominium will have either an ocean view or oceanfront location.

Deposits: 50% down to hold the reservation
Payment Policies: 50% down to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before travel. Payments can be made by check or with Visa, MasterCard or Discover card for an additional 2% credit card process fee.
Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled, Villas and Condos.com, L.L.C. provides refunds if, and only if, we can re-book the property for the identical travel dates and at the same rental rate. If the property remains vacant, no refund is issued. All cancellations will be assessed a $150.00 processing charge regardless of any re-booking. Please realize that the earlier you cancel, the better the chances are the property will be re-booked. If you cancel at the last minute, we will often cut the rental rate to attract a booking. If this happens, your refund will be deducted based on the difference between the full rate and reduced rate and less the $150.00 processing charge. In most cases, last minute cancellations do not get re-booked in which case refunds will not be issued. To protect your vacation investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance is a great option to protect you and may be purchased by speaking to one of our agents. This insurance also covers many other conditions such as airline accidents, lost baggage, "Acts of God" , trip cancellation and pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of booking your reservation. Please ask the agent booking your reservations for further information on this service. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
