This home may be rented as a private 6 bedroom home or you may rent the upper 3 bedroom portion as a duplex and the lower 3 bedroom portion may be shared with another guest. Entertainment: There is a large screen TV, VCR, DVD and stereo entertainment center.

Payment Policies: Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a cleaning fee and a fully refundable security deposit. High Season is March, June, July, August, Oct. 7-15th, Nov 18th-26th and Dec 23rd - Jan. 7th. All other times are low season rates. We accept all major credit cards


Cancellations: No refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival unless the home is re-rented.


Arrival/Departure: Check in is 3PM and check out is 11AM


Tax: GET Tax 4.17% and ACC Tax 7.25%
