A large coral reef protects this beach from rough water all year long making it ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The white sand extends from the beach into the lagoon which gradually changes into rock and coral formations. This new home has three spacious bedrooms and a family room which can serve as a fourth bedroom. It was constructed with hardwood and marble imported from the Philippines and is over 3000 square feet. This luxury home has a large, covered lanai which looks directly onto the beach. It's an excellent place to read, relax and enjoy the view, while watching the children play. This home has everything you would expect to find in a luxury home. Located on the main level is the living room, family room, a bathroom and a modern fully equipped kitchen.
The upper level consists of the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second TV, a wet bar, and marble bathroom with double Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also an adjacent library with an extensive collection of books on Hawaiiana. An adjoining wing contains two additional master bedrooms with private baths, wet bar, telephone, and TV. Deposits: 50% down to hold the reservation
Payment Policies: 50% down to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before travel (60 days for holidays). Payments can be made by check or with Visa, MasterCard or Discover card for an additional 2% credit card process fee.
Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled, Villas and Condos.com, L.L.C. provides refunds if, and only if, we can re-book the property for the identical travel dates and at the same rental rate. If the property remains vacant, no refund is issued. All cancellations will be assessed a $150.00 processing charge regardless of any re-booking. Please realize that the earlier you cancel, the better the chances are the property will be re-booked. If you cancel at the last minute, we will often cut the rental rate to attract a booking. If this happens, your refund will be deducted based on the difference between the full rate and reduced rate and less the $150.00 processing charge. In most cases, last minute cancellations do not get re-booked in which case refunds will not be issued. To protect your vacation investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance is a great option to protect you and may be purchased by speaking to one of our agents. This insurance also covers many other conditions such as airline accidents, lost baggage, "Acts of God" , trip cancellation and pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of booking your reservation. Please ask the agent booking your reservations for further information on this service. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
