The drier, almost rain free climate on the Big Islands’s Kohala Coast offers endless opportunity for year round sports and outdoor activities. The home also has a large, detached studio cottage which can be added to the rental. The cottage has a full bath, twin beds that can be converted to a king, a sleeper sofa, TV with VCR, A/C and small table, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. This turn key home is close to the world class golf and beaches about 10 minutes from the house. The big Island offers something for everyone: whale watching, Kayaking, hiking, biking, fishing, sailing, horseback riding, snorkeling, diving, art galleries and hours of sightseeing.

The main house has a king in the master, 1 queen bed in the second, 2 twins that can be made into a king in the third, a single and a trundle bed in the fourth bedroom and 2 sleeper sofa’s one in the master bedroom and one in the living room.
Cottage has sleeping for up to 4 and a full bath. The cottage can be added to a rental for an additional $125.00 per night for 2 people and $50.00 per night for each additional in the cottage up to 4. Deposits: 50% down to hold the reservation
Payment Policies: 50% down to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before you arrive, 60 days for Holidays. Payments can be made by check or with VISA, MasterCard or Discover card for an additional 2% credit card fee.
Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled, Villas and Condos.com, L.L.C. provides refunds if, and only if, we can re-book the property for the identical travel dates and at the same rental rate. If the property remains vacant, no refund is issued. All cancellations will be assessed a $150.00 processing charge regardless of any re-booking. Please realize that the earlier you cancel, the better the chances are the property will be re-booked. If you cancel at the last minute, we will often cut the rental rate to attract a booking. If this happens, your refund will be deducted based on the difference between the full rate and reduced rate and less the $150.00 processing charge. In most cases, last minute cancellations do not get re-booked in which case refunds will not be issued. To protect your vacation investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance is a great option to protect you and may be purchased by speaking to one of our agents. This insurance also covers many other conditions such as airline accidents, lost baggage, "Acts of God" , trip cancellation and pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of booking your reservation. Please ask the agent booking your reservations for further information on this service. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
