The River Estate property offers three distinct homes that can be booked separately or in combination to provide discerning travelers a very versatile choice of options when planning their vacation. The River house and Tree house sleep up to ten people each and the Guest House sleeps up to four people in complete comfort and privacy. Each home is far enough away from the other that your privacy is assured as well as being close enough for large groups to enjoy the convenience of easy access between each other by a short walk. River Estate's three separate vacation retreat accommodations deliver above all the utmost privacy of any properties in the area. River Estate's finely maintained botanical garden grounds and meticulous well appointed homes are all situated along a pristine river a block up from a secluded beach. River Estate's world class property has been a favorite of families, honeymooners, large groups, romantic couples and wedding parties since 1995 and it continues to provide the finest rental lodging for discriminating travelers available today on Kauai. The River Estate property is located in the heart of old Hawaii. It is a gem in one of the last unspoiled spots in all the islands. The Kauai Riverhouse is a well thought out home specifically designed to separate the master suite from the rest of the home yet have an intimate feel to the layout. Each bedroom has it's own deck overlooking the river with plenty of ventilation. The home has a mountain and valley view and full river frontage. There's a fully equipped gourmet kitchen to prepare family meals in. This home will sleep eight people comfortably. The Riverhouse offers a comfortable feeling and wonderful views up the Wainiha valley and of the botanical gardens next to the river right in front of the home.

Deposits: 50% down to hold the reservation
Payment Policies: 50% down to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before you travel (60 days on Holidays). Payments can be made by check or by VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for an additional 2% credit card processing fee.
Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled, Villas and Condos.com, L.L.C. provides refunds if, and only if, we can re-book the property for the identical travel dates and at the same rental rate. If the property remains vacant, no refund is issued. All cancellations will be assessed a $150.00 processing charge regardless of any re-booking. Please realize that the earlier you cancel, the better the chances are the property will be re-booked. If you cancel at the last minute, we will often cut the rental rate to attract a booking. If this happens, your refund will be deducted based on the difference between the full rate and reduced rate and less the $150.00 processing charge. In most cases, last minute cancellations do not get re-booked in which case refunds will not be issued. To protect your vacation investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance is a great option to protect you and may be purchased by speaking to one of our agents. This insurance also covers many other conditions such as airline accidents, lost baggage, "Acts of God" , trip cancellation and pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of booking your reservation. Please ask the agent booking your reservations for further information on this service. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
