One block from Bourbon Street - Frenchmen Orleans at 519 - deluxe two bedroom suite is a newly renovated, cozy, homelike condo in the heart of one of the oldest and most charming areas of New Orleans. Yet, our guests will be just a short ride away by trolley or taxi to the commercial district or within a pleasant, two-block stroll to the French Quarter.

Our Frenchmen Street location is in one of the loveliest and most interesting neighborhoods in New Orleans. It has been featured in a number of the most widely read travel publications, including the April 2002 issue of Travel & Leisure. Frenchmen Street is a favorite spot for locals in New Orleans. Certainly, it’s a favorite of ours. And you won’t need a rental car. Free of the crowds and congestion, our property is nevertheless within a few hundred feet in any direction from some of the best restaurants and jazz clubs in the city. A few blocks further and you can haunt the antique shops of Royal Street or be in the middle of the raucous night life of Bourbon Street.

For corporate travelers or vacationers, for one night or a fortnight, we’re confident that our guests will feel more like natives when they experience the Big Easy from the home style ambience of our condominium. We hope to have you as our guest soon.

Amenities: Frenchmen Orleans at 519 - deluxe two bedroom suite, is a newly renovated condominium which caters to short and long-term travelers. Our vacation rental property offers a 2 bedroom condominium, which sleeps 4 – 6 people comfortably. The condo has a full service kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, private bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub, ceiling fans, cable TV, phone, and central A/C and heat. The unit shares a beautiful atrium and courtyard with pool and spa. Linens, towels, cooking equipment and table service are provided. There is no daily maid service, but we do have a towel exchange from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. daily. Stays of 5 days or more receive maid services during the middle of your stay. Daily maid service may be arranged for an additional fee. Additional Services include coin-operated washers/dryers on-site, ice and coke machines, and parking for the handicapped and elderly. Sightseeing information is available in the office. For added security, the building is accessed through a locked gate with off-street parking available for a nominal fee.

Entertainment: Frenchmen Orleans at 519 has the best of both worlds. It is located on trendy Frenchmen St. in the Faubourg Marigny which offers many wonderful new restaurants, bars, coffee house, and live music clubs and has been featured in the April 2002 issue of Travel & Leisure magazine. You can also walk to everything in the French Quarter where the streets are bustling with people and filled with an assortment of restaurants that offer everything from famous regional foods to avant-garde cuisine, tropical flowers that peek from hidden courtyards, shops that entice you at every corner, nightlife that is full of exuberance, and other activities that offer rich history, beautiful sites, wonderful sounds, and a fabulous time. By taking a quick 10-minute taxi ride or by trolley and bus, you can also travel to the city park, convention center, Audubon zoo, Warehouse District, Garden District, and the Fairgrounds. You couldn’t ask for a better location.

Payment Information
Deposits: 50% advance deposit required

Payment Policies: 50% advance deposit is due at time of reservation. The balance and security deposit are due upon arrival.

Payment Options: Master Card, VISA, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Traveler’s Checks, Cashiers/Registered Checks


Cancellations: Cancellations received 2 weeks in advance of the first day of a guaranteed reservation will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit. The remaining 50% may be used applied to your next visit during the next twelve months. There are no refunds for special events such as Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest.


Arrival/Departure: Check In – 3:00p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Early check-in by advance notice. Luggage can be stored until your condo is available. Late check-in requires a $10 charge. Check Out – 10:00 a.m. You may stay later if there is no conflict with other guests. Requires $20 charge.
