Completely refurbished, this unique and very private two story New Orleans vacation rental has three bedrooms, large living/dining room overlooking Lake Pontchartrain, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and commercial icemaker, two full baths and large sun deck. This vacation rental also features a large screened porch overlooking the lake with outdoor furniture and a large table for outdoor dining. Located on the lake's edge, it includes a 450 ft. pier extending into the lake with a covered pavilion and lower sun deck/fishing pier. A swim deck includes an outdoor shower.
