Information |
Deposits: 50% upon booking
Payment Policies: Balance due within 2 weeks of arrival. As of July, 2004 we are required to charge a 7% tax on all rentals which we send to the State of Maine.
Cancellations: Deposit will be refunded if cottage is rebooked. If not rebooked guest will be responsible for full cottage rental.
