Amenities: This is a unique apartment in one of Newburyport's finest historic homes. The house was built in the early 1800s and retains many of its original appointments.

Entertainment: Newburyport has many cafes, coffee houses and restaurants with live entertainment. There are excellent and active theatre groups, many museums and galleries. All of these within easy walking distance.

Other Comments: The Market Street Inn is located on a broad street of prominent homes built by merchants, sea captains and shipwrights in the 18th century. Arrival/Departure: Weekly rentals begin on Saturdays, end on Saturdays. Monthly rentals begin the first of the month and end the first of the month. Check-in at 4:00 P.M. Check-out at 11:00 A.M.


Tax: Mass. Room Tax for stays of less than 90 days
