Deposits: Damage deposit is guarantee with credit card

Payment Policies: If booking more than 60 days in advance 33% is due at time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.


Cancellations: Non Refundable if client cancels, unless we are able to rebook to other people at no loss of rent to owners


Arrival/Departure: Arrival 3pm or later - all night check in Departure by 11am


Tax: 10 percent of rents and one time clean charge
