Information |
Deposits: $500 security deposit (refundable)
Cancellations: A $500 security deposit (refundable)is required to reserve the dates. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: If cancelled more than 30 days in advance, the security deposit is forfeited. If cancelled 2 weeks prior to reserved dates, 50% of rental payment is refundable. Less than 2 weeks notice forfeits the entire rental payment unless another party can be booked in place of those dates.
Payment can be made via pay-pal, check over Internet or check by mail.
