Information |
Deposits: One night deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Special events require full payment of your stay in advance by certified check or wire transfer. This includes Christmas,New Years,Balloon Fiesta,Weddings etc. Special events are non-refundable.
A cancellation charge of $25.00 will be applied to all cancellations. Cancellations must be made at least fourteen days prior to arrival (thirty days for holiday or Wedding space)to receive a refund (less $25.00)If you cancel within fourteen days of your arrival there will be no refund of the deposit.
Payment Policies: We accept Visa,Master Card,American Express,Discover Card or Diners Club.Also certified check or wire transfer.Certified checks must be received 48 hours after making the reservation. Lodging tax of 10.8725 will be applied to nightly rates.
Arrival/Departure: Check in hours are from 3:00pm to 8:00pm.If you plan to arrive outside this window please call to make arrangements for check in. Check out time is 11:00am.
