Central H/A, W/D, DW, MW, extra icemaker, ceiling fans through out, covered and open porches with porch chairs and built-in seating. 3 color TVs, VCRs, DVD, stereo with tape & cd player, telephone, carpeted, gas firelog fireplace (available off season only), Fooz-ball table, Basketball backboard, port-a-crib, highchair, gas grill, large enclosed outside shower w/ dressing area, beach chairs & garage to keep the salt off of your vehicle. **The Private Pool is available for all guests during the summer months and is heated by the sun. Information |
Deposits: $300.00
Payment Policies: Once you make a reservation by phone, email or fax, we will forward you a Vacation Rental Agreement. Your advance payment is due within 14 days of the date of the Vacation Rental Agreement. The balance due, or the second part of you your payment, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Security Deposits are due with your final balance, unless you have chosen to purchase the Security Deposit Protection Plan coverage that is offered to you for $45.00 when you recieve your Vacation Rental Agreement.
Cancellations: Cancellation of a confirmed reservation shall be subject to an administrative fee of $125.00. The cancellation (adminstrative) fee is payable to WPM to cover the expense of rebooking the property as well as the additional paper work involved.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in and Check-out times vary throughout the year. In- and mid-season check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Off season check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Weekend or partial check-in is 1pm and check-out is 11am.
Tax: 8% State, and 5% County
