Payment Information
Deposits: Half Rental Amount, Resv. Fee + Opt. Travel Ins.

Payment Policies: A payment of one half (50%) of the rent, plus trip cancellation insurance (if desired), plus the Reservation Fee + tax, is required to confirm any reservation. Final Payment of the rent, including a state tax, county lodging tax, and security deposit (where applicable) is due thirty (30) days prior to your check-in date. If reservation is made within thirty (30) days of check-in, the total rent is payable by cash, traveler’s checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, or certified checks only. No personal checks or Credit Cards will be accepted for the balance due on rentals at time of check-in.


Cancellations: All cancellation or transfer requests must be received in writing. If you cancel your confirmed reservation and the unit is not re-rented for the canceled period you will forfeit your advance rent payment, the $75.00 + Tax Reservation fee, and trip cancellation insurance premium (if taken). If you are paid in full and the unit is not re-rented you will forfeit all money prepaid except Security Deposit. If the unit is re-rented all money prepaid, except trip cancellation premium, will be refunded less a $75.00 cancellation fee. A transfer will be considered a cancellation according to the guidelines outlined above except that transfers made from one week to another in the same property are allowed subject to owner approval.
