Information |
Deposits: Half of the rental fee.
Payment Policies: Once you make a reservation by phone or online, we will forward you a Vacation Rental Agreement. Your advance payment is due within 10 days of the date of the Vacation Rental Agreement. The balance due, or the second part of you your payment, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Taxes and Fees are due with your initial deposit.
Cancellations: Please contact us for our cancellation policy.
Arrival/Departure: Check in is between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Check out is 10:00am. Early check ins and late check outs are available. Some restrictions apply.
