Payment Policies: Deposit and half of rent due at the time of making a reservation either daily or weekly,The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival by money order or cashiers check. If reservations are made with 2 weeks or less of arrival date then deposit and full payment is due by M.O. or cashiers ck immediately by overnight or express mail delivery. Deposit is refundable after checkout if you leave it like you found it.


Cancellations: Deposits for confirmed reservations will be refunded with 30 days notice of cancellation minus 10% service charge. Under 30 days notice,half of confirmed reservation will be refunded,14 days and under, no money will be refunded. Confirmed reservation is the security deposit and half the rent.


Arrival/Departure: check in is after 3pm/checkout is by 11am
