Deposits: Inquire within
Payment Policies: Our pet friendly homes and condos have an additional pet fee of $10 per night, per pet, or $15 per night for more than one pet. Please note this fee does not cover any damage done by the pet. If there is damage done by the pet, this will be taken from the security damage deposit. There is also a non-refundable cleaning fee which varies according to the size of the property. All rental information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed and square footage is approximate. Rates are subject to change and do vary according to season. In addition, there is a 7% Deschutes County Room Tax, 1% Oregon state lodging tax, and a 8% Sunriver Recreation and Promotion Fee. Sunset Realty reserves the right to cancel or move any reservation, and amenities are subject to downtime. No refunds will be given for delayed arrival or early departure. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a home with Sunset Realty.
Cancellations: Reservation cancellations will result in a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date (30 days for major holidays, July and August), your security deposit will be forfeited. There is $25 charge for checks returned for non-sufficient funds
