Payment Information
Deposits: $200 min

Payment Policies: Barefoot Vacations requests that all reservations be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival. If a reservation is made less than two weeks before the expected arrival date, full payment is instantly expected. Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, money order, or personal check. Walk-in guests are exempt from this request.

There is a $30.00 non-refundable reservation fee on all rentals through Barefoot Vacations.


Cancellations: CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION - Your deposit, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be refunded, if the guest cancels in writing thirty days prior to arrival and the unit is re-rented for the same rental rate. If the unit is not re-rented, no refund shall be given.


Arrival/Departure: CHECK-IN time is 3:00PM and check-out is 10:00AM. Depending on availability, a guest may request early check-in or late check-out for a fee of $50.00 per option. If arriving after 5:00PM, please call to arrange for late check-in procedures.
