Information |
Deposits: 1/2 base room rent before taxes
Payment Policies: We accept cash, travelers checks, money orders, and VISA/MC at check-in. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. We ask that the total balance be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. A 25.00 Booking fee is collected on all reservations along with a refundable 100.00 Security Deposit. If not a family, 100.00 per person security deposit is required.
Cancellations: Your room deposit will be refunded less 50.00 if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. No deposit refunds will be made with less than 60 days notice.
Arrival/Departure: Check in after 3 P.M. Check out before 10 A.M. on departure date.
Tax: 10% SC sales and acommodations tax is required
