Deposits: 1/2 the rent

Payment Policies: Rental Deposit is due within 10 days of making the reservation. Balance is due 21 days before arrival day.


Cancellations: Cancellation 30 days before arrival date receive deposit less $50 fee. Cancel less than 30 days receive deposit back if unit is rerented for same time frame.


Arrival/Departure: June, July. August rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Other times 3 night minimum
