Payment Information
Deposits: 1/2 the rent

Payment Policies: deposit due within 10 days of making the reservation. Balance due 21 days before arrival date. $35 reservation fee on all reservations.


Cancellations: Cancel 30 days before arrival and receive deposit less $50 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days receive deposit less the fee only if re-rented for same time frame.


Arrival/Departure: June-July-August Saturday to Saturday. No restricitons at other times
