This condo has 4 cable TV sets, 2 telephones, and a complete kitchen equipped with a stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, full size microwave, kitchen table & chairs, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric can opener. This Penthouse has 2 oceanfront bedrooms and is located on the 18th floor. The elevator is equipped with a security keypad that requires a security code to access this private Penthouse floor.

The Brigadune Condominiums are located on a peninsula with the ocean to the East and a saltwater marsh to the West.
