Deposits: 50% of the rental rate
Payment Policies: Rental Charges & Taxes: The published rental rate for your stay, a $40.00 reservation fee, sales & lodging taxes totaling 10.0% and if you desire, travel insurance is available. Reservation Deposit: You will need to send 50% of the rent amount, $40.00 reservation fee and the optional travel insurance, to confirm a reservation. This is due within 7 days of making the reservation, or the reservation will automatically be cancelled. Credit Card or Check phone deposits are necessary when your arrival is less than 1 month away. Personal checks are acceptable, only if received 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations: Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $140.00 ($100.00 cancellation fee & $40.00 reservation fee), ONLY if the same unit is re-rented for an equal number of days and the same dollar amount as your original reservation. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, all payments will be forfeited unless your reservation is covered by travel insurance.
Arrival/Departure: Check-In: 3:00 PM Check Out: 10:00 AM
Check-In: 3:00 PM or later on your day of arrival. Pick up keys at our office: Grand Strand Realty, Rental Office, 503 Sea Mountain Hwy, Cherry Grove. Arriving after business hours? Please call for instructions. For after-hours arrival, balance must be paid in full, rental agreement signed and security deposit paid.
