Deposits: 1/2 rental rate within seven days of booking
Payment Policies: Balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival payable be check, VISA, or MasterCard. Rates include departure cleaning at no additional fee. Guests have the option of bringing or adding bed & bath linens.
Cancellations: Summer, holidays, events: Refund in full if property is re-rented.
Other periods: Thirty days prior notice required to receive refund.
Arrival/Departure: Summer vacations are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Off season arrival/departures to suit with most properties having a two night minimum stay requirement
