Information |
Deposits: 1/2 rental rate due within seven days of booking
Payment Policies: Balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival payable be check, VISA, or MasterCard. Rates include departure cleaning at no additional fee. Guests have the option of bringing or adding bed & bath linens.
Cancellations: Summer, holidays, special events: Full refund if property is re-rented.
Other periods: Thirty days notice required to receive refund of payments.
Arrival/Departure: Summer vacations are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Off season arrival/departures to suit with most properties having a two night minimum stay requirement
