Information |
Deposits: 1/2 rental rate depending on arrival date
Payment Policies: Balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival payable be check, VISA, or MasterCard. Rates include departure cleaning at no additional fee. Guests have the option of bringing or adding bed & bath linens.
Cancellations: 90 days notice for summer rentals, 30 days for non-summer rentals to receive refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations without required notice forfeit all payments.
Arrival/Departure: Summer vacations are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Off season arrival/departures to suit with most properties having a two night minimum stay requirement
