Deposits: 1/2 of the total rental amount before tax

Payment Policies: Deposit due within 14 days from the day reservation is booked. Balance due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Mastercard, Visa and money orders accepted. Personal checks accepted more than 30 days prior to arrival only. Add 10% tax and $35 damage waiver fee. Travel insurance optional. Linens available for rental.


Cancellations: Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Full refund will be given if unit is re-rented. If the unit is NOT re-rented you will forfeit 1/2 of the total rent amount before tax and all other pre-paid money will be refunded.
