Information |
Deposits: One-third of the Rent
Payment Policies: Deposit of one-third of the rent is due within 10 days of reservation being made. Prepayment may be made by credit card or personal check. Final payment upon arrival may be by credit card, cash, or other certified funds.
Cancellations: Deposits less a $30 service charge will be refunded for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days must be rerented before refund will be made.
Arrival/Departure: ARRIVAL: Check-in at the office of White Realty, located at 1605 Madison Drive in North Myrtle Beach. Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m., but you will be allowed to check-in as soon as the unit is available. In order to expedite your check-in, we ask that you be paid in full 30 days prior to your check-in date. Late arrival check-in procedures are available.
DEPARTURE: Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. or before. In order to complete your contractual agreement, you must follow the checkout procedures found in your check-in key package. Also you need to return the unit keys to the office of White Realty by 10:00 a.m. or before. Early check-outs may leave the keys in the office drop box located just outside of White Realty’s office door. Do not leave keys in the unit.
