Payment Information
Deposits: $150.00 by VISA, MC, DIS, Check or Money Order

Payment Policies: Deposit is due within 10 days of the date the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due at least two weeks prior to arrival date.


Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date. A bookkeeping charge of $25.00 will apply to all cancellations.


Arrival/Departure: Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after the rental office is closed, lease see the security guard at Arcadian I for you unit keys and a parking permit.
