MountainTop Resorts has some of the finest cabin rentals in the Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. We offer brand new luxury log cabins at three beautiful resort locations. Our cabins have the rustic look of a secluded mountain retreat, yet provides all the amenities and comforts of home in a smoke-free environment. Secluded but still close to all the fun and action of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains.
We have a cabin layout to suit your needs; cozy one-bedroom cabins - perfect for honeymoons or romantic getaways, two-bedroom cabins - perfect for families or two couples, and spacious three or four bedroom cabins that can accommodate up to ten people. Every cabin has a separate living room, fully equipped kitchen and wrap around porch with gas grill, rocking chairs and a hot tub. All of our cabin resorts are near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, The Smoky Mountains and Dollywood. |

Information |
Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount
Payment Policies: Deposits paid by personal check must be received within 5 days of booking the reservation and at least 10 days prior to arrival. Reservations cannot be confirmed until the initial deposit is received.
Final payment of any outstanding balance is due 24 hours prior to arrival and check in. Final payments may be made by major credit card, cash, certified check or money order only. No personal checks are accepted.
Cancellations: The deposit is fully refundable if notification of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit is forfeited in its entirety for any cancellations received after the deadline.
Arrival/Departure: Arrival check ins are welcome beginning at 4:00 p.m. EST. Check in welcome packages (including keys and map to the cabin) are available at the reservations office for pick up. For late arrivals after office hours, all keys and maps will be in the key box located on the front porch of our office. For Lone Branch, check in welcome packages will be located in the key box directly to the right beside the covered bridge.
Check out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. EST. There will be a $45.00 charge for any late check out after 11:00 a.m. EST.
Tax: 9.5% or 13.25% depending on location
