Deposits: First nights rent required
Payment Policies: Payment is due upon arrival. All major credit cards, travelers checks, and cash are accepted.
Cancellations: One month written notice is required if able. If unit is able to be rerent then a refund is provided with a 20% cancellation fee on deposit. If desired to return, we can hold deposit up to a year for futher lodging accomadations.
Arrival/Departure: Check-ins are guarantee at 2 p.m., but more than welcome to check in earlier if unit is available. Check-out is at 11 p.m.
