Payment Policies: 1 Night Deposit with Credit Card, not debit card. Signed Terms and Conditions and 21 Day Final Payment. No Check-In Required. Go directly to cabin with key-code and directions supplied by office after completion of paperwork.
Cancellations: CANCELLATION OUTSIDE OF 21 DAYS IS SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION CHARGE OF 5% OF DEPOSIT (usually based on 1 night’s rate). CANCELLATIONS 21 DAYS TO 14 DAYS are subject to loss of one night's deposit. 13 TO 1 DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL ARE SUBJECT TO LOSS OF 50% of RENTAL FEE (UNLESS WE RE-BOOK THOSE DATES BY ANOTHER GUEST).
