Cancellations: In case of cancellations and/or changes in reservations, a 90% refund or 100% credit to another reservation will be made if notice is given as follows: for the 1-5 bedrooms, 2 weeks; for the 6-8 bedrooms, 6 weeks. If proper notice is not given as indicated, the deposit will be forfeited.
