Deposits: 2 night deposit
Payment Policies: Accepted up to one year in advance and confirmed rate will be guaranteed. Rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed. Two-night advance deposit required on all rentals and remaining balance due in full upon arrival, (cash, traveler's check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover.) Sorry, no personal checks.
Cancellations: At least two-weeks written notice prior to arrival for refund of deposit less 10% service fee ($50 minimum). NO REFUNDS during two weeks prior to arrival. Three bedrooms and larger require a 30-day written notice of cancellation. Minimum nights requirements vary with seasons or holiday periods.
Tax: 9.5-12.5%
