Amenities: This beach house is amazing! The house holds three master bedrooms which all have access to the balcony and its incredible view. Every room has its own t.v. and DVD. The balcony has plenty of chairs for everyone to sit down and enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful scenery. For those who like to cook the kitchen is equipped with every appliance you would need. This house is perfect for everyone in the family.

Entertainment: Besides being a front row beach house this house comes with passes to the Galveston Country Club. The kid's cove contains a play station with games and a closet full of movies and board games for the whole family!

Payment Information
Deposits: We require the first 1/2 of total down upfront.

Payment Policies: The first half must be paid upfront to reserve the property. It can be paid with check,cash,money order or credit card. We accept visa, mastercard, and american express. If you are paying with a method other then credit card then we would need to receive payment within ten days of when you made the reservation.


Cancellations: We are currently trying to get traveler's insurance. As of now you can cancel as long as we receive a thirty day notice. You will then recieve your first half back minus a 30.00 reservation fee and a 50.00 cancellation fee. If you do not give us a thirty day and we cannot re-rent out the property then you will not recieve your first half back.


Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is between 3:00 and 5:00. Check-out time is at 10:00 AM
