Inside you’ll find a spacious living room with a large bay window, a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping and comfortable area for playing games or just relaxing and watching TV.
A Separate dining area, a large full size kitchen with lots of counter space fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and service ware.
Two large full size baths are also in the lovely home as well as three spacious bedrooms with large closets for all the amenities you may bring with you. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, the third bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and still room for an air mattress for guest #10 if need be. All linens are provided and full size washer and dryer are located in the hall for your convenience.

Payment Policies: * Security Deposit $300 in the form of credit card hold. Nothing charged to account if property is cleaned and no damage. * Payment Policy: 50% due at time of booking. Remaining to be paid 30 days prior to check in. * Payment for deposit and final rent may be in the form of cashiers check, certified check, money order, or credit card. Credit Card purchases will require am additional $50.00 processing fee.
Cancellations: 31 day prior notice to check-in date for 50% refund of deposit. 30 days or less no refund of deposit. May use deposit to rescheudle future date.
