Deposits: First night prepaid
Payment Policies: We accept major credit cards or a check/money order can be mailed to us for first nights payment.
Cancellations: You must cancel 10 days prior to scheduled arrival for refund less $30 cancel fee. No refunds for early departures.
Arrival/Departure: All of our properties are guaranteed ready by 4pm. Our check out time is at 12noon.
Tax: There is 13% occupancy tax not included in rate
