Deposits: 2 nights lodging

Payment Policies: Stays of 9 nights or less will require two nights rental fee as a reservation deposit. Stays of 10 nights or more will require a deposit equaling 25% of total reservation amount. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival in the form of a check.


Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit $200. Cancellations made 60 - 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the Reservation Deposit. Full payment is non-refundable if reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure, or emergencies of any kind.
