Information |
Deposits: 33% of total rental cost
Payment Policies: Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holiday periods. Departure/Linen fees start at $105/property.
Cancellations: If cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the total cost will be held. No refunds for Holiday cancellations within 60 days of arrival. If cancellation occurs prior to the date full payment is required, the deposit will be returned and a $75 administrative fee will be assessed. There will be no refund for early departure - no exceptions.
Arrival/Departure: Arrivals are any time after 4 p.m. Checkout is 11:00 a.m.
Tax: 9% VT rooms and meals tax
